Colors represent collar colors except Zoey who is white
This year we will be breeding 5 does Ginger, Gizmo, Mabel, J.J, and Cami to Harry our (polled) herd sire.
Ginger has been with us two years but suffered a miscarriage last year so we have never received a baby from her. We are hoping this year brings different results with a bouncing healthy baby.
Gizmo has also been with us two years and came to us bred her first year. She delivered a gorgeous doeling in 2018, Izzabella, who remains here. This year Gizmo gave us a bouncing baby body, Gilbert (Polled), who went to Indiana to become a Junior herd sire.
Mabel has been with us 1 year and gave us our first set of twins this year, Carlie (Polled) and Charlie, whom both stayed here on our farm. Charlie was wethered and has the fun job of looking over all the girls, he thinks he's a big shot.
J.J has also been with us a little over a year and gave us a gorgeous (Polled) baby girl this year, Miss Mollie Mae. Mollie also stayed here on our farm to become a future breeder in a few years.
Cami came to us a year ago with a huge surprise! As we waited and waited for her to come into heat it never came. As weeks turned into months we began to worry something was wrong only to find out she had been accidentally bred at her last home. Along came Emmy Lou during a cold snap last February. Emmy Lou has also stayed here, we have a hard time letting them go...lol
Teenagers (2018 doelings):
Izzabella and Zoey are both just over a year old and will not be bred this year. We find it important to wait until they are at least two before breeding them. It gives them time to grow and fill in, leading to less birthing issues for them.
Babies (2019 doelings):
Emmy Lou, Molly Mae, and Carlie will all be spending their winter growing and playing as babies should. Charlie helps to keep the girls on their toes and likes to cause mischief amongst them.
We do not sell to just anyone! A Veterinarian reference is a must if we do not know you. Goat experience is also a huge factor in our decision.
